Become a buddy for a refugee student

What does a buddy do?

• You are part of a group of volunteers
• You are a first point of contact in Leuven
• You help with administration after arrival
• You show the students around
• You look for sponsorship to support the students immediately after arrival
• You look for leisure activities
• You help to familiarize the students with Dutch
• You support the students in their search for work and accommodation.
• You are able to take up this engagement for the period of April-may 2025 until June 2026.

 As a buddy, you can count on professional support from the project partners involved: Caritas international and UP. We provide training and come together during regular meetings.
