Facilitate a neurodiversity workshop at BeCode

This workshop aims to raise awareness and foster inclusivity by exploring the concept of neurodiversity and how it applies in professional environments. Participants will gain insights into different neurodivergent conditions (e.g., ADHD, autism, dyslexia) and practical strategies for creating a more inclusive and supportive workspace (for example: Identify common neurodivergent traits and how they can be strengths, learn inclusive communication and collaboration strategies, and gain practical tools to foster an inclusive work environment).

By leading a eurodiversity orkshop at BeCode, volunteers gain valuable recognition and visibility, with the opportunity to highlight their contribution on LinkedIn and professional networks.
