Facilitate an effective Feedback Workshop

We are seeking a dedicated volunteer to lead an Effective Feedback workshop for BeCode juniors (and for our employees as well!!). EN and/or FR

• Participants will learn the purpose and value of giving and receiving feedback (whether positive or negative).
• Introduction to feedback models like SBI and Sandwich method.
• Practical tips on framing feedback and improving communication skills.

Our learners, with little to no professional experience, are fully immersed in their training and eager to develop the skills necessary to thrive in a professional environment. Your expertise in providing constructive feedback will empower them to improve performance and foster positive teamwork as they prepare for their future careers.
