What should you do?

You create audiovisual content (Reels, podcasts...) about the Co-Searching activities, share practical tips, interview people, provide critical insights about the realities of job seeking, etc.
You pitch interesting ideas that are relevant to job seekers and visualize their problems.
Together with our communications manager, you develop your ideas into qualitative videos, podcast episodes, etc.
You are interested in work, well-being, careers, and job seeking. If you're a job seeker, that's a plus!
You are chronically online, comfortable with social media and can film/edit with a smartphone.

Critical and constructive feedback, guidance to strengthen your content creation skills. Thanks to your volunteer work, you will have the opportunity to gain experience and build a portfolio. This can be a nice asset on your CV and during job applications.
You will participate in an innovative social project.
You will be part of an enthusiastic and diverse group of volunteers with people of all ages and backgrounds.
